Limitations of the Warranty

As with any warranty, there are certain limitations to ensure fair usage and accountability. The Eclypse warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: While our components are designed for durability, normal wear and tear over time is not covered under the warranty.
  2. Consumables and Wear Parts: Items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, housing, grips, chain, and spokes are subject to regular wear and are not covered under this warranty.
  3. Misuse and Improper Handling: Any damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the owner’s manual, unauthorized modifications, accidents, neglect, abuse, commercial use, improper assembly, or installation of incompatible parts and accessories are not covered.
  4. Battery Exclusions: The battery is not warranted for damage resulting from power surges, charging with an improper charger, improper maintenance, normal wear, or water damage.
